Condo Insiders is a free information sharing center available to all Chicago condominium associations, condo owners, landlords and other Chicago property owners. This is a grass-roots effort to provide real opinions and suggestions from fellow owners; not marketing lingo from companies and contractors trying to sell their services. It's a simple yet powerful concept that has been successfully utilized by other websites; typically offering peer reviews for everything from new cars to local bars. The power of Condo Insiders is our unique focus on information and advice that so many of us in Chicago need, but is nearly impossible to find. Chicago contractor reviews, condo association law, landlord advice; you'll find it all here!

Being an Insider is fun and easy. Here's how it works:

	Have questions? Post them under the appropriate discussion board so other users can help.		Have advice or information to help the community? Share it in seconds for all Insiders to view.
	Need information or advice? Chances are there is a discussion board that has the information you need. If not, just ask!		Want to help? Answer other Insider's questions.
	Looking for an opinion? Post a survey so Insiders can vote.		Have you used a Chicago contractor lately? Good or bad, let the community know so we can benefit from your advice.

Who can join?

Anyone. However, if you are looking for advice on local coffee shops, hair salons or movie reviews this resource is not for you. (We love coffee, but that's been done already!) If you are a Chicago condo owner, owner of a rental property, or a member of a condominium association then this will be a resource that you'll use again and again. While we use a condo-specific approach much of the information, such as Chicago contractor reviews and condo law advice, can be used by anyone. So if you don't own a condo, or even like condos, you can still benefit from becoming a Condo Insider!

What about cost?

No cost, no fees, no gimmicks...just unbiased advice from local Chicago owners like you. The only rule of this community is to add to the content so that other owners can learn from you. The insider's rule: Add one suggestion for each that you take!
Please keep in mind that this community only works if everyone chips in! By adding your advice and reviewing your experiences you will be helping other owners avoid costly mistakes. So please take a moment and provide your experiences with Chicago contractors, ask your questions about condominium law, become an Insider!
